Vendors: Please register as a maker and choose Vendor as one of your Exhibit Categories.
Step 1: Register as a Maker on this Maker Faire Pittsburgh website. Note, we’ve replaced our old “Call For Makers” system with new features directly on this site. You will need to create a new account.
Step 2: Create a Maker Profile on the Maker Dashboard under the My Account menu. Note: This page is only available once you have registered, been verified and logged in.
Step 3: Create an Exhibit Proposal attached to your Maker Profile. Please note that exhibits are approved by a curation process in several rounds, and are not approved based on submission date order. We will notify you about your proposal as we complete approval rounds. The status of your exhibit proposal is visible on the Maker Dashboard.
Round 1 Application Deadline: August 1, 2017
We encourage everyone who can submit a proposal to do so, and we’re happy to provide you with feedback on whatever you have by the Round 1 deadline even if you need more time to work on it.
Round 2 Application Deadline: Sept 23, 2017
Don’t wait until the last minute. The application asks for a lot of information and may require discussion with Maker Faire Staff. A limited number of projects will continue to be accepted into September – apply early for your best chance at being part of the Faire.
